BB Skin Studio requires a FULL 48 HOUR notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If this is not honored, 50% of the service that was scheduled will be automatically withdrawn from the card on file. In the case of a no-call no-show, 75% of the service total will be automatically withdrawn from the card on file. If the client no-call no-shows twice, they will be blocked from booking with BB Skin Studio immediately. If for some reason I can’t charge the card on file in any of the above instances, I will require FULL payment of the next appointment up front via payment link/invoice before I reserve the appointment spot. If you are using a gift card to pay, the 50%/75% cancelation fee will be deducted from the gift card total. DEPOSITS go towards the service once if the cancelation policy is honored in its entirety.
